"Check in was very quick and simple and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The property is massive and gorgeous, a lot of work must go into maintaining it and there is a ton to do on property. We only stayed so we only got to see a small part of it. We ordered room service and everything we had was delicious. We would definitely stay here again."

On the day of my checkout, they stored my luggage, and I was still able to enjoy the amenities until later in the day, which I really appreciated. The only thing I can complain about is the humidity in the room—it was extremely high and felt unhealthy."

"parking is not included, fair warning. valet for your car overnight is $60 a night (park in the garage across the street, it’s half as expensive). valet drivers are push and a little rude. they tried to take my keys from me while i was unloading my luggage and got mad when i wouldn’t hand them over even when i didn’t want to valet my car. hotel is decent and clean. a nice pool area and coffee shop on the third floor. one of the elevators didn’t work which caused traffic sometimes, but we were there for a music festival so that is to be expected"
