"Beautiful resort and super close to Disney parks. Loved how breakfast is included and it’s pretty decent for the price. Rooms were very modern and clean. A few downsides were the squeaky bed and shower like previous reviews mentioned but other than that it’s a great resort with amenities for the price !!"

"The stay was pleasant, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. However, when we arrived, the valet garages were full, causing us to have to find parking elsewhere. The parking situation was hectic, jam-packed, and just all around not ideal, which would be the only downside of the whole trip in my opinion. The way the parking situation was meant that once you parked, it was almost as if you only had to eat and entertain yourself at places within walking distance, or else you'd likely lose your spot and have to pay again."

"This was our second time staying here, and it was not the best experience. We arrived to check in around 11pm, and after 45 minutes waiting in line we were finally given our keys. There should be a separate line for guests who properly check in online, because once I got to the counter, it only took three minutes to hand me the room keys, and sign for incidentals. When we got to the room, on the surface it appeared “clean” but once we began walking around we felt and saw the floors had not been swept, the counters were not properly cleaned, and the bed sheets had stains all over. The room was not clean at all. It did not resemble our first experience at this hotel."
