"Nice staff. The condo had everything I needed. Wish I could burn wood in the fireplace but only pressed wood is allowed which doesn't burn down without real wood. Hot tub still broken."

"Took 35-40 mins to get into my room as the cleaning staff did not have the room cleaned and several other guests had to wait as well. I was at the hotel by 4:20 pm and check in was to be at 3pm to get into my room. The front lobby was very warm so issues with the AC. "

The pool and spa were incredibly relaxing. The rooms were very spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there were extra blankets in the closet. There is coffee available all day, and the breakfast was good overall. "
