"Room were clean but the bathroom door did not lock, the sink was clogged and when we complained about it, the manager said this is how all Motel 6 are and he didnt help."

"Check in was smooth. Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast had good options. They offered us free sleds to borrow for sledding at White Sands. That was a great bonus!"

"Would like a refund as there was sewer backage in the room we had to leave early the air conditioning was not good had to open the windows. The phone did not have a plug in ti contact the front desk, bed was extremely low and uncomfortable. Front desk staff in the morning didnt care as they said we will have maintenance look into it and rushed us out the door. "
