"Best bed ever!!! Very comfortable room."

"Front desk checking on 4/25 super nice and helpful. This is Morning front desk two people, not so hospitable. Breakfast nice lady and keeping the area and food up. It wasn't busy & the food was sitting a little long. It is an older property in need of maintenance. We had some trouble with the AC, the Front Desk Rep that night came up and got it working. The thermostat is missing a button. Our room was accessible. Didn't ask for one, but it was close to the elevators. Nice. except that one of the safety handrails for pulling out of the shower wall. Concerning. See attached pic. The light above the kitchenette was flicking all the time, so has to leave it off. The shower curtain was mounted high and made it short too short to stop water from soaking the floor. Overall, I would recommed. "

"Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Layout was a little different. Beds weren’t the best but for sure not the worst. Pool was heated and hot tub was a good temp. Very pleased with the stay "

"This property is the nicest cheap hotel I have EVER stayed at! Do not hesitate to book. You can’t ask for more out of a reasonable actually very reasonable hotel."

"Our room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but had adequate items to meet our needs. (A measuring cup and measuring spoons would be helpful). The complimentary laundry was a wonderful amenity. The added surprise of pastries with coffee in the morning was wonderful. The cherry turnover was very tasty! We did have an issue with GPS directing us to the wrong entrance, which was alarming since the gate was locked. Know that you have to enter from the West side. Check-in was easy; the desk clerk was polite and helpful. This was a great option at a very reasonable price."

"The blankets were really, really thin. Was woken up by the smoke detectors test without any warning. The pool area was covered in mold. The pool was green and closed. The hot tub was not usable with no prior information before check-in so my trip was really really ruined because I had plans to relax by the pool after a 14 Hour Drive. I wanted to sit in the hot tub"

"The hotel was alien themed which added to the experience of being in Roswell. Original artwork. The room we stayed in had a smell of fresh paint but didn't take away from the room itself. The elevator and hallway were kinda dirty. The floors in the room were old as well. But everything else was good, the air conditioning worked well. Would stay again if visiting Roswell."
