"Plumbing fixtures were quirky. sometimes we had to let the water run a long time to become cool enough to use.Weird! Lavatory faucet was stiff and hard to adjust for both temperature and flow. Denver may be facing a critical water situation. Time to get with the program!"

"I was amazed at the size of the room plus a balcony so it certainly is a reward to stay just a little way from downtown Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and was very quiet at night . No shouty people in corridors . The neighborhood is equally quiet no rowdy crowds turfed out of bars in the wee hours of the morning The hotel is in a (growing) residential area but a 7/11 , a liquor store and several restaurants are just a couple of blocks away, Maps is your friend. The streets around the hotel are safe The walk downtown is pretty easy a couple of blocks and you’re at Broadway, take 17th Street and you’re at 16th and the free bus that takes you all the way to Union Station The walk back though, beware of that hill 😀"

"Very small room, room was neat and common areas neat. It is a vertical building 22 floors with just two elevators. One major issue - they have central air conditioning and our room got to 65 degrees at night. The thermostat in room does not work and you have to call reception to send in someone to manually turn off the cooling. Not ideal at all. "
