"Front desk lady was rude and not accommodating. We knew they were under construction but didn’t know till we got there the hot tub was going to be closed and the lady was rude about it and said we should have known. Room was clean. Lots of loud noises cuz of construction."

My belongings were moved out of my room after the first night and the room always given to someone else without informing me. When I asked why I was told that I was moved to another room.
