"Lovely room, unfortunately the sofa bed had not been made-up prior to our check-in, however a quick visit to the very helpful Reception soon sorted this, along with an extra cup and towels for the third person. Restaurant staff were particularly helpful and pleasant too."

"I think this property is great for a short stay to catch a cruise. The staff was super friendly and the room was small but clean. TGI Fridays and McDonald's was right outside the front door just a few hundred steps away. You can easily walk to the Horizon Cruise Terminal although we grabbed an Uber because it was raining. This only cost around 9 Euro, so it wasn't a big deal. I would have no problem staying here again"

"The staff was wonderfully helpful and kind. The concierge went out of the way to offer help during both check in and check out. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Convenient location for exploring the historic town and also for boarding cruise ships."
