Staff were lovely and really helpful, the hotel and room were stylish, the bed was really comfy and the location was central.

I don’t think the pictures here do the hotel justice. We spent nights on the balcony enjoying the view over the vines and valley. Staff are friendly and present. Pool is good size and more sunbeds available to use on terrace. The sunbeds could do with updating (quite uncomfortable). The small kitchen unit in the room was handy if you choose to self cater. I would have loved more luxurious towels and pool towels too. Minor criticisms though for a super hotel. There’s some super restaurants...

Beautiful hotel. Stunning location. Great pool area lovely terrace for breakfast. Staff were attentive especially Leonie on reception who was very patient with our poor German. She gave lots of useful information and directed when we needed help

We were on a touring holiday of Austria and Italy and this was one of our favourite hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the hotel on one evening and it was warm enough to eat on the terrace. The food was delicious and the setting was beautiful. Although not in the centre of Bolzano, it is only a 15 minute walk into town and taxis are not prohibitively expensive (we took one back to the hotel at around 11pm and it cost 8 euros). There are also regular buses...

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room clean, breakfast great with a good selection of local and international options, the place simple, but both modern and with a traditional South Tyrol touch.

An exceptional property in a fabulous location. Everything here is wonderful; the attention to detail, the staff who remember your coffee order, free locally grown and delicious apples, the comfort and design of the rooms, quality of food... it is truly a remarkable place. I loved every moment there. The hotel is well located and very close to Bolzano and some great castles, gardens, mountains and other spectacular places to visit. Indeed, the hotel offers access to free local transport...

The hotel was clean and spacious and in a good location near the train station and the city centre. The breakfast included a large selection of breads, fruit, meats and cheese. You can ask the server for eggs cooked to order. The staff were friendly and spoke German, Italian and English. The rooms were large and comfortable.

This was by far the best of 8 hotels we stayed in on a tour opf the Alps. Excellent restaurant too.

Incredibly clean, great condition and amazingly friendly staff. So quiet, great places to eat in the village.
