"Old room coddled together with furniture left over it seemed that didn't have much room left, microwave almost rusted through, general feeling of uncleanliness. Not 4 star, beds awful, grubby place. Everything worn out, kettle and toaster greasy, 4 plates but 2 bowls, 2 mismatched glasses for 4 bed room. Corroded taps, water damaged and old laminex and door bottoms, rust. cracked mug, so many things, I don't complain but this was out of the box bad."

"The hotel, management and staff, rooms service very dissatisfied and disappointed will never recommend this hotel. So many people angry and frustrated. Marina across the road closed down, nothing around hotel. No shuttle bus to take you to main area or theme parks no shops. Stayed 7 days 3 rooms 8 people wait of my money only one restaurant and the wait time for food over 1 and half hours chef was overwhelmed I will be requesting a refund or credit "

"Clean room, kids friendly atmosphere, but restaurants ( main and pizza one) still not good. Poor choice of kids menu, everything is very oily and not really for kids. We are here 5th time and it’s not that you are expecting in such big resort. Breakfast buffet is big, but not really interesting. Also the restaurant next to the water, which used to be good still closed. The only good one for us was Japanese restaurant, but it’s working not all week."

"Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before. Couldnt understnd basic english."

"Amazing breakfast variety. Fast room service. Extra touches in room were lovely surprises - chocolates, chips, and juices etc. All staff were really friendly. Only 2 slight negatives (neither a huge deal) was coffee not being great and finding a few hairs in the shower."
