Hotel was perfect for the one night after a late flight arrival. Shuttle was easy to find and arrived promptly, could book return at check in but we didn’t need that. Check in was quick and the staff member was very pleasant. Breakfast from 6.30 - 9.30 plenty of choice.

We were 5 of us staying for 1night. No problems. Everything was ok

Clean areas, good size room and pool. Gym a little light on equipment.

Lovely hotel. Bedroom was spacious, modern, clean, quiet. Breakfast was not great and does not cater for people who avoids gluten/ dairy, and there is nothing walking distance to the hotel in regards to eating/ coffee but hotel itself was great. I did not feel that I was close to the airport.

For a hotel outside of downtown San Francisco it did what was needed for the price and close enough to the station to get you in

Very friendly, helpful staff in reception, catering, housekeeping and bar.

Good value, well maintained and comfortable

We have had a lovely stay at galleria park, lovely staff, comfortable beds and most of all a great location. Highly recommended.

Very well located

Nice staff. Clean. Recommended for easy stay

We were a bit worried when we arrived that the area outside the hotel was crazy busy and full of loud cars, bikes and music… but we had read a top tip to request a courtyard room and so actually our room was super quiet and relaxing and a nice break from the chaos of fisherman’s wharf. Restaurant breakfast was delicious but there’s also a latam coffee shop on the corner of the block directly behind the hotel who do amazing pastries. The hotel is perfectly located for the tram stop (get there...

Really nice hotel right by China town. Very comfortable room with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and super helpful.

My stay in San Francisco was part of a larger trip which also included New York and LA. Honestly the hotel was perfect for what I was looking for, very easy going. No uncomfortable pestering (although I’d recommend using the do not disturb sign to avoid being woken by housekeeping). The location was excellent and walking everywhere was super simple. One lovely lady at reception was amazing with directions and recommendations, one of which was cycling across the Golden Gate Bridge (a must...

Fantastic and beautiful setting.
