"This hotel is close to the California Ave cable car stop so it is easy to get around the city. We have stayed here multiple times and it is our go to hotel when we are in the city. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and parking is secure. When we stayed last November we were relieved to see the city seemed to be cleaned up a bit. Unfortunately that was short lived. Many homeless and drugged out people lying around right outside of the hotel. Streets smelled of urine and feces on the sidewalk. We had hoped San Francisco was getting a handle on this problem but it looks like it is right back to where it was a few years ago. Probably won’t be headed there again any time soon."

"Pillowcases were filthy. Had stains on them, pull area was very stuffy but again it is an indoor pool, other than that I mean happy hour was great. Staff was friendly, rooms can just use a little upgrade."
