"The last time I stayed at the Peppermill in 2019 it was no where in the incredible condition it is now. Everything about the place impressed me, but my Tuscany Tower Suite was as good as any I have stayed in recent memory. eateries are awesome, pool and fitness centers too! I dont get to Reno often and I dont typically stay in casino properties but will definitely keep this one on my list."

"Our room was not cleaned. The bed was not made, dirty toilet, shower and sink. The restaurant and bar was closed when we arrived and when we left. No dinner no breakfast. "

"We arrived at 930pm. And they're restaurants all were closed. The one Purple Parrot that was supposed to be open 24/7 was closed for weekly maintenance! The hotel was beautiful, staff was "put upon" and seemed like we were a bother. We normally stay at the Nugget and will probably go back to The Nugget. Super disappointed! "

"Hallways had a smell, noticeable dirt on the walls, mold on the English muffins complimentary breakfast from the hotel, in the room had food splatters on the walls, the kitchen area floors had built up dirt, the carpet in the sitting area had big stains, hair on the pillows, the shower floors were dirty and stained, the water pressure was horrible and the tv was distorted on certain channels and when Turning the volume up or down."

"The room i was staying at times room wouldnt lock when i left.. i let staff know about room 301.. i came back it was locked good.. i leave next morning close door and check wont close shut.. it randomly likes to close and sometimes not close.."
