"I stayed 8 nights on this visit and I enjoyed every minute. Its a great location within a short walk to the river trails. The room was very comfortable and quiet with fast internet. The employees were all very friendly even when I asked dumb questions. The airport pickup and drop off was super convenient and on time. The only critique I would give is I wished there was an in room safe, but after I stayed a few days I realized it was a safe hotel and I didn’t worry about my stuff as much. Overall i loved the stay and I will stay again hopefully in the future. 5 stars from me for the J Resort."

"The staff gave me a different room when I booked a room in the sky tower.. staff insisted I stay there but I refused and finally they gave me the room in the sky tower that I originally booked. Not professional at all. "
