"Friendly, attentive staff and a fantastic location. We visited during an unusually hot spell in London, and because the hotel is in an older building, the air conditioning wasn't quite as effective as we're accustomed to. That said, the staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We would gladly return."
"Lovely hotel with quirky decor. Friendly greeting on arrival, where I was informed I was "guest of the day" so recieved a complimentary upgrade to one of the penthouse suites. Room was luxurious, with a seperate lounge, 2 lavatory, a bath, rainfall shower, and a lovely outside terrace. Room amenities included a nespresso machine, kettle, bottled water, and a good selection of teas. A basket of snacks including biscuits and crisps was also provided. Toileteries were high-end. Breakfast the next day was good - continental, though there were also some hot items available. Staff, again, were friendly and helpful. Easy check-out."

"This is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated for Kensington Gardens and The Albert Hall.
The staff were lovely, kind and helpful.
It was half term so busy with children downstairs, but upstairs was quiet and relaxing."
