"La chambre run of the house semble être une partie vieille de l’hôtel mais la chambre était propre et les lits sont confortables. Par contre, en revenant de marcher, voulant prendre une douche, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude. Nous sommes descendus une premier fois pour informer la réception. La personne a la réception était désintéressée et peu empathique à notre problème. Après près d’une heure d’attente nous sommes redescendus à la réception, toujours la même personne n’était pas enclin à résoudre le problème rapidement. Nous avons fait l’aller-retour 3 fois à la réception avant que le problème soit résolu et le tout a pris 2h. Par chance, un gentil homme du personnel est venu cogner à la porte de notre chambre pour résoudre le problème et s’est excusé des délais. Par ailleurs, le jeune homme à la réception le matin du 10 août était très aimable et agréable ce qui nous a réconcilié avec l’expérience de la soirée avant."
