"Checked in, bathroom floor had black hairs everywhere. I took a shower, water was not hot and the water backed up in the drain so I was standing in soap scum. I asked house keeping to clean the room and finally by the 3rd time, they cleaned the room. There was a volleyball tournament and cheerleading competition. Teenagers were running around and causing loud noise. I called security twice and they finally addressed it. I would not go back to this hotel."

"Overall good experience. My room was very hot and thermostat wouldn’t cool. I had to sleep with balcony door open to cool down but the noise kept me up. Otherwise, it was fine."

"Hotels.com tells you parking is $25 per night. But according to staff at the hotel , if you go through the Marriott site there is a less expensive way to book parking, which they would prefer you do. They were not happy we showed up without doing that, but pointed us to spothero, which was less than the $25/night."

"We got to the Golden Nugget around 2:30pm and didn’t get our room until 5:30-6:00pm. We were told that the window for a room could be until 11pm!!! We had reservations for dinner and a a show starting at 7:00. So of. Course we had to rush. The only reason we got a room at that time was because my fiancé made it a point about our reservations. The”manager “ was able to help us after she had a “meeting” at 4:00 on a Sunday afternoon. As we got to the room the corridors all had the essence of Mariboro and Newports as an air freshener. We had a great night on the town afterwards. And we woke up to grab breakfast for $25.00 each which was hard hash browns and fake eggs. Needless to say we’d were not happy or pleased with the results. Borgata here we come!"
