Its just well made and approachable

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. We didn’t have very long in this hotel but we’re able to use the pool and one of the restaurant. Service was excellent, the property was impressive and the hotel was clean, the food was delicious.

Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, fresh food and good presentation. Special thanks to Chef Ajit and the kitchen team. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive during my stay. One area to improve is the coffee lounge area. Service was slow, and I waited for almost 20Mins to even place the order.

The Aloft hotel aerocity is a great hotel to stay. Very clean, safe, 5 minutes walk from worldmark . Staff are very hospitable. Restaurant is very spacious, great selection of food and the staff in restaurant are very hospitable. Housekeeping staff do a great job in keeping the rooms clean. Highly recommended hotel to stay when in Delhi. Only 20 minutes from the airport.

I stayed here for a couple of days whilst travelling around India And it happened to be my birthday, the big 50. I was very spoilt, up graded to a suite, they gave a complimentary cake, delivered a half bottle of the locally bubbly and every member of staff I happened to pass wished me a happy birthday.
