My time at the Excellency Zen Suites was very good. The staff were super friendly! The hotel is located a bit far from the city but I loved being surrounded by nature. They have a in room fully equipped kitchen which makes me surprised with this kind of unique and lovely room . They also provide food services in their hotel The food was also delicious. Would definitely come back.

Breakfast was excellent, with great variety, fresh food and good presentation. Special thanks to Chef Ajit and the kitchen team. The rest of the staff were also courteous and attentive during my stay. One area to improve is the coffee lounge area. Service was slow, and I waited for almost 20Mins to even place the order.

Friendly hotel

One of the best property in Gurgaon, rooms are very luxurious and comfortable, staff was very supportive and most importantly property location is just near to Medanta Hospital. They have many engagement things in the property like TT table, gym, cafeteria and more. Highly recommended to everyone.

Great hotel and so welcoming when you walk in. Only wish the gluten free offerings could be improved for breakfast. On a positive was great to have gluten free spaghetti for dinner one evening. Overall the stay was fantastic and very close to the airpor.

The staff was very helpful,proffesional and polite.The young ladies and men at breakfast were very accomodating and cheerful.The live music was very relaxing and entertaining. The breakfast however, lacked variety as fruit and Indian sweet dishes were very limited and repetative. The rooms should have a full long mirror as without that it was difficult to wear a sari or long dresses.

Kitchen equipments and Self laundry is a big plus.

I stayed here after checking out of the horrific hotel I was currently staying in. The Pullman was a breath of fresh air. I ended up meeting up with my friend here and spent the last days here. Would definitely recommend The Pullman

It was my 4th visit to Taj Damdama and just like before the property did not fail to impress me with their hospitality. The resort is under renovation and took extra care to inform us about it and gave us room where we did not hear any noise and it did not feel that we are in a property where work is going on. The property is very nice and properly maintained. The staff is very polite abd courteous. The only thing they can do better is add activities in the package itself and not pay extra for Tambola and other games.
