While this property had a low star rating I still don’t expect this. I was first shown to a room that had no bed, just a mattress then when moved to another room I was given a damp duvet. This was then changed for 2 single duvets for my double bed. The shared bathroom facility had no lock on the shower and only one of the 2 toilets had a lock. It’s the worst place I have ever stayed.

Just awful!! Don’t do it!!
Genuinely THE WORST “hotel” ever! This has ended with me having to go to the police after threats and disgusting service! The room stank, cigarette burns in the bedding, shared bathrooms! Management don’t care one bit! They just abuse you until you leave then they refuse you a refund! I was there for only 10 mins! The room was disgusting! It stank of sweat and smoke! The TV didn’t get reception so I asked for it to be fixed, then I was abused and threatened! I left and had to file a police report as they got really nasty! Also, they try to charge you for parking when you get there! They were just awful and to be honest, even for the cheap price, you can get soooo much better! The rooms are just vile! Service is awful and the place is disgusting!! My best advice is, just don’t do it! I read the bad reviews but thought it can’t be that bad…. But it was worse!!! Honestly, after this experience, I’ll never even book a hotel anywhere near Slough! This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in and I hope the police really crack down on the vile, threatening and abusive manager! This is a place for druggies, homeless and ex prisoners to stay! Don’t make the same mistake I did! Cheap really does mean cheap!!! I’ve never experienced such bad service nor bad management! Essentially, everything is your fault because you expect too much from a cheap hotel…. No, I just expected a basic level of cleanliness!

Basic but good service
Very basic but everything you needed for economic cheap business trip , communal shower and toilet may come as a shock. But 24 hr service available. Coffee and kettle and tv. Onsite parking, but tight
