"Got to stay 4 day's and is November time , must say the room was kept quiet warm especially at nights that the temperature dropped. Over all had a good experience with very helpful staff. The was breakfast included on my stay but i was too lazy to get up in the mornings 😁 , but the option was there if i wanted. I do raccomend this hotel. Is good value for money. "

" I booked this bed and breakfast last minute Luckily I got this gem of a b and b The booking was super easy, correspondence with the owner was exceptional. On arrival we were greeted by Claire one of the owners very friendly and gave us very clear instructions about our stay . The room was ideal for us as there were only myself and my husband and we're staying just two nights . We had everything we could possibly need and we were messaged to say if we needed anything to let them know . I liked the personal touch of this. Room was excellent very clean and has a heater if it was to drop cold. Will definitely be using again and can't wait to return."

"We arrived at The Sherwood in Skegness late August 2025. We were able to park easily on the front area. It is situated straight across from Tower Gardens and so convenient for almost everything any person could need. We received clear instructions how to enter the secure front entrance door. Our ground floor room was a delight, so clean and roomy, ideal for anyone with mobility issues, and very quiet. Our wonderful hosts “Linda & Rob” greeted us for an appetising breakfast. They are so friendly, considerate and caring we felt so relaxed. We had a really enjoyable holiday there. "

"We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. It’s a great spot for a short stay, and the friendly service really made it stand out. Would definitely stay again!"
