"The parking on site was inadequate you had to move to let people out The room we booked through Expedia and read The Reviews not one review was True . someone from Expedia shud visit The place and see for your selves my wife found a cigarette but in The bed we complained about it to the manager all he said we have a no smoking policy The window in The room was broken There was a fist hole in The Bathroom Door The shower didn't get hot I was stood in the Shower waiting for the water to get hot and the cold water came over the top of the shower Tray There was a large crack in the Bathroom Wash Basin The shower ceiling was covered in Black mould The Extractor fan in the Bathroom and The ajasent rooms was That noisey and was running all night The mattress on The Bed was covered in stains a the taps in the shower was wedged to the wall with a shower gell bottle and I've got pictures to show all That was wrong I am looking to claim a full Refund from yourselves as. The place is Disgusting and it wasnt just my opinion all the other gests said the same Things please get back to me regarding A refund as I will Take this further Kevin Pratt "

"Me and my family were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in and was able to check in 2 hours early which was handy as we could just get out and about straight away. The family room was large well lit, clean and the beds were comfortable too. Breakfast was really tasty with a good selection to choose from. All credit to the owners though both absolutely lovely people and couldn’t do enough for us. Will definitely stay here again thanks."

"Had a couple issue but quickly sorted out they changed our room we spoke with Hassan he sorted the problem out very quickly would say again the rooms were clean "

"The hotel is beautiful,it looks freshly decorated and clean.room was clean and had all we needed, exceptional for the price.location is perfect for pier,pubs,eating or shopping. Our new favourite place to stay. On street free parking is a blessing. Will be back again."

"Positive first. Staff were accommodating and polite. Negatives: No remote for the bedroom tv. Cleanliness was poor. No place to stay for a family. More of a place to get your head down. Very loud at night which I know can’t be helped. No hand or body towel for in the bathroom. Freezing cold in the room. You have to turn on a radiator which takes a while to heat up. We stopped for one night and & it was £145. Double bed and single bed. Below average. Quite poor. It is a shame as with a bit of tlc it could be a lot better. Location is good. "
