"I had an amazing stay at Gleam Bomonti Hotel. Mohammad at reception was especially welcoming and kind, and all the boys at reception were really helpful throughout my visit. It was my first time in Istanbul and I don’t speak any Turkish, but the staff made everything easy and stress-free. Anything I asked for was sorted out very quickly.
