"We came in late, requested a handicap room, did not receive. Furniture in room was broken, room 437. Room had a strong odor of carpet fresh. The emergency door handle was broken, and the continental breakfast was not what I normally get at your hotel. Just not what I expected. I plan to speak to the hotel manager. It seems like everytime I go through a third party especially Hotels.com I get the crappiest rooms. So disappointed at $250 per night."

"I recommend the hotel if you're passing through on your way somewhere; you can stay there for a day or two. I think it's very nice, except for the pool area. I feel like the pool area is a little neglected. So it doesn't make you want to go there and relax for a while because I feel like maybe it's not used much, which is why it's neglected. But I recommend the place whether you're just passing through or exploring the area. It's very safe, quiet, and peaceful, and breakfast is included. If you bring your pets, they charge a small fee, and it's cheaper than other hotels. They should just pay a little more attention to the pool area, making it more attractive and beautiful. "
