"We came in late, requested a handicap room, did not receive. Furniture in room was broken, room 437. Room had a strong odor of carpet fresh. The emergency door handle was broken, and the continental breakfast was not what I normally get at your hotel. Just not what I expected. I plan to speak to the hotel manager. It seems like everytime I go through a third party especially Hotels.com I get the crappiest rooms. So disappointed at $250 per night."

"Whether was great, tried to use pool but it was to dirty to go in. The patio chair dirty and so many bugs that couldn’t enjoy the outdoor."

"Did not access breakfast other than coffee which was fine. Pool was not open, staff charged me additional room charge mid-trip"

"The rooms need upgrading. The hotel also does not offer a full complimentary breakfast — only waffles and oatmeal. There is no workout facility available either. Additionally, Melissa King at the front desk advised me that late checkout is not available. Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM, and even if you’re willing to pay, a later checkout is still not permitted. Because of these issues, I will not be returning. ⭐️🏨❌"

" the bathroom was so clean i was blinded by the shine coming off of everything. heat/ac worked fine bed was comfy enuff. didnt need more. only thing I found is that the trucks were very noisy till like 3 am dont know if thats a regular thing although bring ear plugs"
