"Very basic accommodations, but it is a Y after all."

"I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? As a matter of fact, I did not know that it’s too bad they couldn’t have told Expedia that they don’t receive new customers after 9 PM. I sure hope I get my money back."

"Tub did not drain. Basic TV. Staff was awesome-from check in, parking help, offer to let us use pool area to make up for lack of shower. Convenient location. "

"Room and staff great truckers park their overnight so can be loud at night"

"The room was clean and gave us more room than a regular hotel room would have. We didnt have time to take advantage of the pool or hot tub this trip but we likely would if we stayed again. "
