We met the housekeeper, very nice and the room was immaculate. We didn't get her name, but it was room #11 on September 20 - 21. The room was find, microwave and fridge, everything we needed. Best price in Grand Lake that day. The shower water could have been a bit hotter, but it was workable. Thanks!

The room assigned to me was unacceptable - I contacted the owner and she put me in another room. It was better but not my kind of place. She said the room she moved me to had been “redone” but IMO it needs a lot more. The bed was comfortable. I think this was my fault - I usually don’t book anything rated less than 8.2 - 8.3, and afterwards saw the rating was less than that.

Room was clean and comfortable, bed was excellent. Staff very helpful. Room is older but has been somewhat renovated. Shower was inconvenient to use. Price is not out of reach, but no breakfast is included. All things considered, we would stay again.

When we arrived the property looks like a line of apartments, rock driveway, enter the room and the rooms look clean, the bathroom look like its been remodeled, nice clean towels, the beds are soft. (If you have a bad back like I do, soft beds are not for me.) My neighbors were quiet, I didnt hear them talking and we had guest on both sides. The lady who works there is very nice. She said if we need anything to give her a ring! It's not the Ritz. No ice maker no snack machine, so make sure to take your own. Grand lake is only maybe 3 mins down. My husband and I thought it was a nice place to stay. Thank you!
