This was the last hotel we stayed in on our tour of Northern Spain and, whilst we initially hesitated about staying 3 nights in a city, we are really pleased we did. The hotel is just a 15 minute walk from the city centre and Pamplona is a lovely place to visit - plenty to keep you occupied for a few days, and busy, but without the hoards of tourists you find in other popular cities in June. I had the most incredible time a the Hotel Zenit Convento and was really sad to go. Everything from check in through to check out was seamless and the staff extremely kind and accomodation. We really couldn't fault the room. It was beautiful, well presented. The only complaint I had to be fair though was the lack of accessible TV in English, and attempting to cast was also not too possible. I guess this is a non-issue anyway when you;re visiting San Sebastian, you'll want to be out and about...

Nice clean room, helpful staff, in a great location

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location for Logrono. Free car park nearby too. Rooms were superb, luxurious. Breakfast was excellent with excellent service when required. Staff were extremely helpful and rang wineries for us to book tours with good recommendations. Cannot find fault at all! Would certainly recommend for anyone. Not expensive especially considering how good the hotel is.

The hotel is in a smart residential area outside of the centre. Transport is great with a regular bus service outside of the hotel taking just 15 mins to the centre and beaches. The hotel is modern, rooms are good and breakfast is decent. There are just a couple of bars/places to eat nearby, but mainly bars as opposed to restaurants - All staff were helpful….We enjoyed our stay 👍

Excellent all round. My daughter had a tooth infection and was given paracetamol by one of the staff, gratefully received. Food was first class and we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner. No hesitation in recommending this Hotel to others.

This is a beautiful hotel, centrally located, moments from many lovely bars and restaurants in the centre of Logrono. Spacious rooms, comfy big bed and a great bathroom/shower. We used the spa which was a special treat. The hotel staff weee all lovely and welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit stay in this hotel again.

An unexpected stay to break a long journey. This was an excellent, comfortable hotel with great service and a very good breakfast. The town of San Sebastian was lovely to visit as well - though the hotel is quite a steep walk above the town. If taking your car into town, be aware of the complex one-way system and head for the underground car parks.

Great location, value for money and lovely staff

This place is absolutely stunning. Located in the hills, it will provide you with stunning views, fresh air, and the piece and quiet that you need. The foods is exquisite and of Michelin star standard - make sure you try the souffle desert. The service is excellent, always there to help - these people really know what they are doing!

Fabulous family friendly hotel with great breakfast in a quiet location just outside of the city centre. About a 15 minute walk to all the main attractions and beach. Huge room, perfectly clean, great shower and comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Full marks!

Second visit to Sercotel Europa . Each visit matched or exceeded our expectations. Superb helpful reception staff. Gave very good advice on local restaurants . Each time we had booked exterior superior rooms and each time each of us were very happy with rooms. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Superb location

clean, great service and proud of their good reputation. amazing value breakfast for 1 euro and free bottled water. Only minor criticism is some rooms were a little noisy with traffic
