The location is great, it is close to all those restaurants of tapas and the old centre, the bar and restaurant are worth it. The rooms are not that good need a refurbishment. The staff when ee checked in was not that polite or kind as most people from San Sebastián are. The staff at the reception desk the following day and when we checked out was much nicer and supportive. I'm an expedia gold member but it felt like it did not mean anything.
