Hotel was in an incredible location, overlooking Tokyo. It was on top of multiple metro stations making travelling Tokyo easy. The hotel itself was incredible with huge and luxurious rooms. The service was 2nd to none also.

This was our best stay in Tokyo, with excellent views of Tokyo Tower! The hotel offers great luxury and an excellent place to relax after a long day exploring Tokyo. The folks at The Fairmont Tokyo are helpful as always and warm and welcoming.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Great hotel for families.

We stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi for the first six nights of our trip to Japan and returned again for another five nights before flying home. It is truly an exceptional hotel and incredibly well managed. There is honestly nothing we could criticise. The rooms are beautiful, the facilities are outstanding, and everything is designed to make your stay effortless and comfortable. What really makes the hotel special, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely...

After travelling for over 25 hours we arrived at the hotel and we were greeted by an extremely friendly member of staff who took our baggage and led us to the individual desk where you check in. We were led to our room by another polite member of staff who asked us if we needed anything. It's worth noting here that you actually receive a silver key to unlock your room opposed to a card. The room was large with an amazing view. There's an ice bucket in room that is replenished every day, well...

Beautiful hotel, great facilities, great staff. Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in to the lobby we knew this was going to be a stunning hotel, the lifts even had chandeliers in!! I could not fault anything at all. The room was stunning and the view was amazing!! The staff were so kind and helpfull and the location was perfect, it is right next to Tokyo station. we will definitely stay here again if we visit Tokyo.

During our first trip to Tokyo we got a super deal on this hotel from Expedia - more than 50% cheaper than other 5* hotels in Tokyo, but without any compromise on what you would expect from The Peninsula Hotel brand. This hotel is in the centre of Tokyo, in an area compared to Mayfair in London - brilliant starting point! Your every need is looked after, and they were very helpful in booking me some great Michelin Starred Sushi restaurants in the area. The room itself was incredible, huge...

My husband and I have stayed in 5 star hotels around the world and this is definitely the best experience we have ever had. The hotel has recently been renovated and the styling is impeccable. The attention to detail is second to known. Club room - there was food available all day, buffet breakfast, light snacks, high tea, evening buffet. Complimentary bar until 10pm. The staff - were extremely attentive, always greeted you by name, made a point of remembering what sites you intended to...

Room, facility, staff training... everything was just wonderful and very impressed!

Always a pleasure staying in this hotel. The views are stunning.

Extremely comfortable, quiet and well equipped rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Would highly recommend the Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya
