"Staff were courteous and super helpful and efficient. The Indian restaurant was superb. The hotel cleanliness left a bit to be desired in terms of the exterior which wasn’t swept, with cigarette butts all around and rubbish not picked up. I changed rooms because the one I was given was not clean. It could be so nice with just a few details taken care of."

"I stayed at Inn on the Lake and had a really good experience. The hotel is in a beautiful location next to the lake, which makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere and would definitely recommend it to other travellers looking for a quiet place to stay."

"Stayed two nights for work. The chair in the room might as well have been a concrete block, which when you're working away isn't a nice way to sit and relax in the evening. The taps in the sink and shower were stiff and almost uncontrollable for flow and temperature. The carpet was dirty and very tired, the towels were like sandpaper, and there were only two sockets, one of which was so loose it would certainly not pass a decent electrical inspection. To top it all off the staff on reception that I spoke were both pretty miserable and unhelpful, and wouldn't give me a VAT invoice for my stay. They said it was because I booked through Hotels.com, but every other hotel I've stayed at have been able to. I'm away a minimum of 100 nights a year too, so I know hotels! The room was cheap, but even then, it wasn't good value for money. I certainly won't stay again! Plenty of better places in the area for similar prices. Avoid this one if you can!"

"Pub is great, food pretty good but hugh price. Good breakfast. Rooms average and cole due to electric heating. Ev charger wasnt working during my stay unfortunate and disappointing becauae that was main reason for booking there"
