Lovely spacious room with modern clean bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast, the full English set us up for the day! We would definitely stay there again, really close to the Cliffs Theatre, so brilliant for staying over after a show.

It’s more of a guest house than a hotel. Decent location for the front and within walking distance of the centre. Stayed in a double room which was clean and comfortable. Large TV showing football in the bar and Stella on draught at a reasonable price. Breakfast was ok. Staff friendly.

What a lovely hotel. We stay in Southend a lot - the place we used to stay at closed, so this was our first time trying somewhere new. We are so pleased with our choice.
