"I stayed there for a week. Room was clean. Bill prepared breakfast every morning. He greeted every customer at the restaurant and gave us a tray for breakfast buffet. His customer service was beyond my expectations. I would stay again when I visit Tokyo. "

"Best hotel breakfast we've ever had. Freshly made tofu in house, fresh eggs for TKG and 12 different soy sauce types to try, fresh hot food, freshly made gnocchi in a large parmesan block. Very new and clean. Public bath on top floor was very clean and comfortable with an outdoor bath option. Rooms very well organized even if it is small, and bathroom is bigger than the standard unit baths in hotels in japan. The price for the you get is unbelievable value. Highly recommended!"
