"Great apartment with separate bedroom and much bigger than usual Japanese hotels. Beds comfortable, clean bed linen and towels, lots of hot water and pristine bathroom.
Minimal kitchen facilities but good for breakfasts and those wanting to eat out. Landlord accessible and a great communicator. Exceptional value for money. "
"Very limited walking accesses to eating spots, even no varieties. In the room, well cleaned, quiet, nice bed,
but very disappointed at the much expecting relaxing time
in the public bath. It was not warm enough. "
"The location is excellent by being close to trains, buses, and department stores. The room was tiny but clean. There was no safe to keep your valuables, or a microwave in the room. It was a bit odd to heat up your food in another floor and take it to your room using an elevator. "Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. The very kind owner/host offers a comfortable place to stay with excellent hospitality and flexibility for not just solo travellers but couples and even small groups. 10/10 Excellent
"Clean, beautiful Onsen, friendly and kind staff."
"Location, direct access to 7-11, clean and spacious bathrooms, compared to other business/econo hotels in Japan. Feels more luxe and premium compared to the standard business hotels. "
"This hotel was great!!! It was secure and a card is needed to come upstairs. It is within walking distance of the train station, McDonald’s, 7/11, and a family mart so it is easy to get the essentials. "
"Close to the station. Breakfast is served until 10am so you can relax. The buffet is very delicious. There are no steps in the bathroom. Quiet. The only view from the window was the building in front of me. It was a bit difficult for a 4-day stay."
