"Amazing hotel with amazing friendly staff! Everyone was so kind, helpful. The hotel is in perfect location between Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo!"
"This property was one of the best we have stayed anywhere. Very quaint quiet all the amenities you could ask for even a free bar. This hotel exceeded our expectations "

"Excellent stay, convenient location to Shinjuku station. The breakfast was scrumptious with lots of variety to please everyone. I would have rated it 5 stars if they had extra vertical shelving or hooks to put and hang things as I knew the room was small when booking but given the limited space that would have helped immensely when two of us has to live out of a suitcase in a tight space. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
"The place is small but it’s all you need if you’re looking for a place to sleep after being out all day. Staff are friendly and location was convenient "
"This, while being amazingly affordable, was very clean and well located property.
The grounds were immaculate, the rooms were very well maintained, and the amenities were stocked after every cleaning.
The property is located about a 5 minute walk from the Nishi-Shinjuku station on the Marunouchi line, and is near an excellent food court and wonderful park with a beautiful shrine nestled in.
I plan on staying here (or one of their related properties!) on my return trip to Tokyo soon!"
"The staff at this hotel were very nice and accommodating. We really loved the hotel including the rooms which were just big enough in comparison to other rooms we stayed at that were just too small. It is a very clean property and provides everything you need around the area. I would avoid bringing children to stay in this hotel as the areas around are not for their little eyes to see. Aside from that, it was a great place to stay for adults/couples."
