"We stayed one week with Terra Luna. Fully satisfied with everything: super clean, nice and very helpful staffs, lovely pool. and very convenient to all Universal parks with shuttle. Definitely will come back again. "

"Hotel novo em geral, boas instalações, próximo aos parques de Orlando, facilitando o deslocamento. Café da manhã cumpre o objetivo com boa variedade no buffet. Serviço de limpeza do quarto muito bem realizado. Agradou ter café sempre a disposição nas térmicas ( 24horas) no lobby do hotel. Equipe do hotel considerei em geral frios e distantes. Poderiam ser mais amáveis. Nota geral 8/10."

"Hotel is in need of renovation carpet nasty Furniture warped from water stains bathroom needs updated. Smelled musty hot tub out of order and it's a LONG WALK to your room we got drenched because it was raining no inside access to rooms. Hit up by timeshare salesman the minute we checked in. But the cookies were good !!!!"

"I was in and out for 1 night only. The hotel is huge and has 3 pools I did not have time to visit. There is a restaurant/bar, coffee shop, and gift store. They offer a buffet breakfast (for a fee) until 10:30 am. Parking is $10 per night. The "amenities" I scored a 3 were a very soft mattress and a TV remote that did not line up with the guide channels. There were things I wanted to watch and could not. I let it go. I was able to get a wake up call, which I appreciated. I would definitely consider staying there again when I am in the area. I'd like to try out the pool and buffet breakfast buffet. "

"The rooms need to be updated and the carpet was worn down. For 500 a night I expect a nicer room. I’ve stayed at hotels in Orlando in the three to four hundred range that had nicer rooms. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly. "
