Food is top notch, which makes dining a memorable and gastronomic experience. The Bar and cocktail choices. "The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! We left around 3:00 am on 04/10/26 . Tried to get a refund but they declined . Chaffee Lodge is a JOKE & so is the long bearded fast talking lobby attendant ( "manager" LoL ) Also when my wife & I returned at 9:45 pm on 04/09/26 after visiting some friends the entire lobby & hallway reeked with the smell of weed . "

"Heater in first room was not working. No refrigerator in room. Microwave was on floor. Floors were uneven. Gap in bottom of door. Got transferred to a different room which heater worked in that but still a gap around door. Thank god it was only for 1 night "
