"Absolutely excellent hotel, easily the best I’ve stayed within Eastern Asia. Staff at door and front desk were lovely and accommodating, even receiving a free upgrade for our stay. Front door man was always willing to order our taxis and have a morning chat. Cleaners did an excellent job. Room was lovely, free mini bar highly appreciated. "房內空間大，但設備殘舊，預訂了禁煙房間，但結果被分配到19樓的房間，房間的煙味很久，開著空調味道仍久久不散，晚上要求換房間，結果服務員說房門爆滿只能隔天給我們換，只好在煙味很重的房間睡一晚，衣服和頭髮都是煙味，十分痛苦。 第二天換了房間就沒有煙味但設備仍然殘舊，感覺不好。"
