"The male receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. The restaurant was unkempt and the hotel is in need of complete renovation. There were dirty plates lining the stairs from guests who had ordered room service. Getting the wifi code was laborious and the in room tea/coffee facilities were laughable. "
