"Booked on Expedia and upon reaching the hotel around 9pm the checkin was refused.
Made us to pay cash double the amount with a new reservation. Hotel says reservation not confirmed but my card charged. Also no response to Expedia by hotel for enquiry.
It’s a scam hotel . "

"Nice clean hotel in the heart of Banjara Hills. Very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast buffet was nice and it’s an oasis in the middle of bustling chaos of Hyderabad. Rooftop pool and bar is very nice too. "
