Room were clean, staff was very helpful upgraded me to higher floor per my request, lots of shops on both sides of the main road walking distance. Location perfect if you are catching a flight or landing late

Great Experience at Taj Deccan but booking experience via Expedia was not great

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the service and hotel. We would recommend it as a haven from the bustle and noise of the city. We stayed three weeks, and Dominic and others ensured they catered for our breakfast needs. As with any four to five star hotels beware of hidden charges as 9% sales and another 9% for room service. They should mention this before ordering. The operators on the telephone service sometimes found my RP Accent difficult to understand.
