"I asked at check-in if we would be given fresh towels each day and that did not happen. I had to call and ask after nobody freshened our room. The shower experience was also miserable. We somehow ended up in a wheelchair access room and the shower water went all over the floor getting our shoes soaked. The water drizzled out of the shower faucet and continually got very hot then very cold. "

Mind you we have never stayed here before.....oh and expedia has the no refund since i kmew i would be there and thought things were going smoothly so no. Need for trip protection right? Boy i couldnt have been more wrong. So thanks nathan you Neanderthal. Thats the lazt time you rob us. "

"We stay at this hotel a lot. Clean rooms and updated rooms. The staff is always nice. The beds are comfortable and clean. The bathroom is always clean. We always try to stay at this hotel! The heat worked very well. "

"There was no pool which I failed to notice when booking. At the room rate, there ought to be a pool or sauna/steam room. Pleasant staff. Chandelier in bathroom was out for night and half day. Prefer a fan in the bathroom. And the $4 dollar bottles of water in the room is outrageous. Safe didn't work and mini fridge was cool not cold."
