"We stayed in room 17 a family room. Perfect for the 2 adults and one teenager. Room was big and clean. Very comfortable beds. We paid a very low rate for the room and I was very pleased with the overall stay. Will be staying again. Many thanks. "

"Check in was easy. I had filled in the registration form prior to our visit. They had taken not of my comment on the form and had given us a room with easy access, no stairs to worry about. Our room was very clean when we arrived, had a nice smell to it when we opened the door. On discovering the duvet contained feathers, my daughter asked if it was possible to have a duvet without feathers, a replacement was brought up to our room within an hour. Staff were happy, helpful and cheerful, nothing seemed to much trouble to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We will be back next time we are up that way. "

"Almost a new feel and look to the Hotel. The room was quite spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious, with premium shower gels, shampoo and soft towels. Would Recommend"
