"I couldn’t possibly say enough good things about the place. The lady that was working there, I believe her name is Carmen, was extremely friendly and helpful. The first night when we checked in there was a problem with our air conditioner and it is extremely hot in Sevilla in September. I messaged them about it and got a response right away. Carmen came and checked it out while we were out and found it wasn’t working. She left us a key for another room and called a technician right away to fix...
