"Great and smooth communication. Property mgmt staff will meet you personally to check in but if late check in after 9pm you will be charged extra. Kitchen fully equipped along with a dishwasher and we cooked a lot. They provide dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry soap which was very helpful. There is no dryer but we just hung clothes to dry in apt. Beds are comfy including the sofa bed. Location is super fantastic, right in center yet on a quiet pedestrian only street so we were able to sleep...

"I traveled for about a month is Europe and this apartment is my favorite place I stayed. It is in a really great location. The apartment is spacious and very updated. I was met at the building to get the keys and they allowed me to have an early check in, so check in was very easy. This apartment is on a quiet pedestrian street within minutes walk to restaurants, plazas and the Cathedral. I really enjoyed this stay and would definitely recommend it."

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a bit nervous with the mixed reviews however we were pleasantly surprised that everything exceeded our expectations. Room is well decorated, very clean, and spacious. Location couldn’t be more central, very close to the infamous Santa Cruz neighborhood. Access to the free laundry machine on the ground floor was super nice as well! Only slight drawback is that when the occasional service vehicle or pedestrian jaunt through the narrow cobblestone street...
