"Patrick the manager at Seronera was absolutely incredible. He took care of us during our entire stay and made us feel right at home. Though our time there was very short it was truly a treasured moment and looking forward to coming back with more friends and family in the future. "Horrible service. Did not stay due to a missed flight and poor communication with the property. Contacted the property multiple times over months with the same request and they rarely if ever responded. When I contacted them about missing my flight they had the audacity to inform me that I "only booked for 1 person" which contradicted my many emails and the hotels.com booking for 1 room with 2 adults.
