The hotel was fantastic, very clean, lovely staff and a good range of facilities from the restaurants to activities such as yoga and the spa facilities. They hotel pools were great and they have a pool for relaxing by that’s very peaceful (no kids!)

The complimentary airport shuttle was a wonderful sight at our 1.30am pickup. Lovely quiet, clean spacious room. Good breakfast plenty of choice and nice outdoors seating.

The location of this hotel is fantastic,away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud and Kuta. Most places to visit eg Ubud, Kuta Beach, monkey forest were about 1 hour away. Hospitality at the hotel was superb and the range of food offered at the hotel restaurants is varied. There is wide range of options for breakfast however quite limited for vegetarians with the hot food selection. The hotel staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Only way to sum up this hotel is truly amazing. We stayed in the Premier Deluxe room and it was superb!! The staff are so friendly at this hotel and the room itself very quiet and clean and new. We love it. We planned to stay 1 night and stayed 5. If you are into surfing the location is superb. Ripcurl is a 5 min stroll away and has awesome equipment for rent as well great Yoga nearby

3 time we’ve stayed here will be bk again next year No complaints what so ever about this hotel can’t recommend it enough

Room was clean and quiet, the staff are helpful and friendly and it is so convenient to get off a late night international flight and walk to your room. We always stay at this hotel on our arrival into Bali and are always happy.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were so lovely and always had a smile for you. Breakfast was excellent - something for every

reasonably well priced, easy 10 min walk to central Kuta and 5 mins to beach. We stayed at a much nicer place at Legian earlier but at 3 times this rate you expect that. Overall good place to stay. Not noisy and not too far out from central Kuta. Free drop off to airport nice too.

The hotel is tucked away nicely and you forget you’re in busy Kuta, however it’s close enough to everything. Every member of staff in the hotel were warm, welcoming and friendly. We didn’t have any problems during our stay, however I feel assured that if we did they would work hard and attentively to resolve them. Great location for Bali first timers! The staff are very polite and helpful, general condition of hotel is good but a few bits here and there that could do with updating but unless you have no life that should not impact your holiday whatsoever. lovely beach, and the hotel bank offer fantastic money exchange rates! Great hotel and great staff, nothing is too much for them. Stayed here last part of our broader Bali trip (stayed in various areas), this was last part of our trip mainly to do south part of island, relax and proximity to Airport. Close to Jimbaran beach, with scheduled hotel shuttle bus, nice touch. We arrived at gone-midnight, and straight away the staff were efficient, friendly and welcoming. All throughout our stay the staff could not be faulted, and the friendliness of the Balinese really shone through. The food in the three restaurants was excellent (spicy crab was my personal favourite), and to top it all Nusa Dua seems to have it's own micro-climate as you could see storms towards Denpassa that seems to simply curve around the resort.
