Super helpful staff

Right at the Sendai main station, neat, clean with a spacious Japanese bathroom. Worth every yen!

I really had a great time for this hotel. Nice room, breakfast, hot springs and last but not least the service. I will book this hotel again if I visit Sendai next time for sure!

A great hotel with the added bonus of beautiful music in the evening. Quiet location a short walk from the station, would definitely recommend.

A wonderful stay at a great hotel, at an extremely good price. Extra special thank you to Sato-san and Koike-san for their very kind help with some important paperwork! We're delighted to say they helped us get married in Tokyo a few days later, and wrote us a lovely note too (Thank you Sato-san. Come on your Spurs!) All of the staff were friendly and helpful. We cannot fault this hotel and would absolutely book again!

Everything was excellent, very clean, all staff polite and helpful, the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and nightwear. The breakfast was extensive, the only minor point was that the 'european' food was served cold (bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs)

Comfortable and convenient, but bring your earplugs because the noisy bathroom extractor fan is permanently turned on and cannot be disabled. Audible even with the bathroom door shut. Also intermittent loud motor noises from within the building until c 11pm, I assume to do with the plumbing so once people were asleep, it stopped. Other than the noise, a great base about 5 minutes or so walk from Sendai station and the covered shopping arcade, and directly opposite the morning market. The...

Actually barely saw staff as check in and out automated. Nice hotel, conveniently located for restaurants and not too far from station. Comfortable room with some clothes cleaning cabinet.
