The room was fine, but my wife preferred to have our original booked room type, so the customer service manager-Dina reached out to my wife, and she made my wife very happy with her professional help . Also Erhant chef at breakfast delivered good service with his sweetness. Overall the entire hotel crew is nice and has great manners. "Every thing was perfect "

"Great hotel, centrally located. There’s a train station not too far away, local attractions are a short walk away. The staff are friendly and ready assist with anything. It’s always wonderful to be greeted by Mustafa-the house keeper, he makes sure rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing, a great spread of breads, salads and cheese. Big shout to Asma who makes the best omelettes, always with a smile and she remembers you following day too:) We couldn’t experience the pool as it was closed, they have a lovely restaurant on the roof top with great views of the city."
