"I stayed in a comfortable and spacious single room with a lovely view of Selby Abbey. Check-in was straightforward, and it was great that there was free parking. The location, in the centre of the town, was excellent. The room was a little over-warm for my taste, and wi-fi was extremely poor, with no internet connection."

"Room was clean, but hardly any storage or hanging space. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Room very nojsy at night with passing traffic. Buffet style breakfast, but no hot food. Not enough bowls for cereal, or cups for brews. Okay for a weekend away, but any longer you'll be struggling to keep your clothes tidy."
